Call for Tenders: Nordic-Baltic Cross Border User Stories

The Nordic Council of Ministers is seeking experts to lead the "Nordic-Baltic Cross-Border User Stories" project. This exciting opportunity involves identifying and mapping life event organization of digital policies as well as In-depth analysis of prioritized user stories, which together should provide insight into cross-border mobility situations in the Nordic-Baltic region and what types of service interactions that can be experienced across the user’s journey.
